As part of MPT's day of celebration in Oxford on Saturday 14 May Ulrike Almut Sandig and I discussed the poem 'Hinemoana' during a workshop. The workshop was specially dedicated to thinking about how poetry translation can interact with film and sound. We watched a film made by Sandig of the poem with New Zealand poet Hinemoana Baker.
